have to start engine with jumper in aldl

Engine: 350 .060 over 400 crank, 12:1
Transmission: t5
Axle/Gears: 2.73 currently
have to start engine with jumper in aldl

ok so i have slightly modified the aujp bin and loaded it on a chip. if i start the car normally it starts with the check engine light on. if i start it with the jumper in the aldl and remove it everything is fine. as far as i can tell. anyone ever seen this or hhave any ideas?????

Ok it seems that i had a bad connection on the knock board on the mem cal fixed it and now all is well

ok i lied it was only part of the problem. if i clear the codes and do nothing but start the engine it runs great no engine light everything seems to work. as soon as the ignition has been cycled it sets the code 51. i have tried multiple ecm's same thing i cant figure out what is wrong. HELP!!!
