can someone at least help me to get it to idle?

Engine: shinny 350
Transmission: slush box L65
Axle/Gears: Torsen "3.73"
can someone at least help me to get it to idle?
tryied some of the pointers on this site but to no avail. It runs for a few secs then wants to die. if you goose it it will keep running or if it just idles with out a goose it will sometimes catch itself but it wont run smooth by itself. I tryied hooking up my moates aldl reader but sys it cant find port.

Not working like the rest of us stiffs after a long holiday weekend? 
Try opening up the mechanical TB a little more than you have it now.
Then go back and do a reset on the TPS and IAC to be sure you have a good baseling adjustment. I'll check my mail when I get home, maybe we can hook up and get it going.
