Hardware Selection Help

Hi all,

Well after several nights of reading the boards and pondering what I am going to do. Right now I have a 95 LT1 powered Astro and a 95 G20 Sportvan, and am shopping for a 3rd Gen body to build up. With so many Chevy's needing custom tuning, I am going to bite the bullet and get the hardware/software setup to do it.

Right now I have a serial-ALDL cable, no software, and no chip programming hardware. I am probably going to go with Tunercats unless someone suggests that I go another direction. For the TBI chip programmer I am looking at this model:

Does anyone see why that unit will not work?

Thanks for the help,
X
