well, you can either pick up a junk harness end out of a junkyard, for a 730 ecm, pretty much any 85-96 car or truck with an underdash ecm will have the right pins, and they will already be crimped well.
you might try tpiparts, the vendor on here, but you will need to crimp them.
also, there was a site called rosesandwrenches that has changed names, but I don't know what it is now, they might also have them.
maybe you can score a few from either moates, or maybe eficonnection? (That is S10wildside's harness business.)

honestly, I think you can just use a peice of welding wire or something similar. to release the pins, you take out the retainer clip from the back of the connector, then use a pick in the hole on the face of the connector, and then they pop out from the back.
otherwise, summit sells a GM connector tool set, it's a release pick ,and a release sleeve, with small hard plastic handles. usually for weatherpack, but works with many different ones. even local parts stores may have something similar.

just got back from the junk yard where i
got part of the ECM harness ..
jwscab : thanxs for the description of how to
remove the pin , once i figured out which of the
two holes for each wire to put the pick into to
release the barb they come out easily ...
now to get my car to talk to tunerpro
thru this moates burner/adapter
