The injectors and the Throttle body will help make for an interesting time tuning "FOR IT TO RUN PROPERLY".

blueridge, turn the damn caps off man.....prom begging (what you're doing) isn't really welcomed.
My suggestion at this point is REALLY take some time to read the Tuning 101 sticky here. That will start you off in the right direction mentally. If you can't handle reading that or really, really don't understand something after reading that then I would NOT recommend you get into DIY tuning.
I'm not trying to offend you, I'm just trying to save you from wasting time and money, possibly ruining/destroying your engine.
Once you have a beginners handle on DIY and ask intelligent questions we can give better help / answers. Why waste time with "could be this, could be that, try this, try that."
Some additional thoughts:
Think of how your engine ran and what it wanted for the 3 elements of cumbustion (spark, fuel, air) before your mod. Think of it like this. "my engine wanted X amount of air, fuel, spark before. Do my new mods require less, more, slightly equal amounts?"

Re: REALLY NEED EPROM HELP GUYS
None of us want to offend anyone on this board so, to help you out a little i am going to give you some "firm" recommendations...
Call Brian Harris (tbichips.com or tpichips.com) or Craig Moates (moates.net) unless you're willing to spend the hours that it will take to read the well done threads here on thirdgen. A lot of time and money have been spent on these threads and to be honest with you some of us are not as good with data logging and it's interpretation. This is one area that it pays to "pay" the pros to help you out. I have worked with both of these gentleman and highly recommend both. I have much more experience with Brian.
Your setup is not a simple tune. It will require far more knowledge and many, many more hours of reading before you can begin to "diy".
If you have a laptop buy yourself the cable from moates.net (he will assist you in your purchase) and download winaldl. This is a simple and FREE download that you can use to log your data assuming winaldl is correct for your application.
To make a very long story shorter, just pick up the phone and give Brian a call. Otherwise you will pull your hair out in complete frustration.
We have all been where you're at so, we do sympathize and empathize with you, but do yourself the biggest favor of all and CALL! LOL!

Keep in mind that Craig is completely disconnected from the rest of the world right now, as he lives in Baton Rouge, LA. They've been without power for a few days, and estimates are that they'll be without it for as much as a week longer.
Re: REALLY NEED EPROM HELP GUYS
I'm very sorry. I didn't mean to beg. I want to learn how to do this myself I will read all documentation I can find and take the time to learn to do it properly. Again Im sorry
