730 ecm bin question

I ordered an autoprom from moates and while im waiting for it to get here i downloaded tuner pro. i figured i would download the stock bin for my car and get a jump start on tuning before it arrived. from what i understand, the proper bin for my car (350, 730 ecm, map) is aujp bin. i downloaded it but the numbers seem very strange. the timing maps look waaaay different from what they should be, as well as idle speed and a lot of other parameters. i downloaded from a few different sights and got the same thing. even a few modified bins i got dont look right. am i doing something wrong or is that the way it should be?

Make sure you have the proper xdf, for AUJP, it should be 8D.

Don't worry it took me a bit to understand how to use the XDF and ADS files, when I first DLed TPRT.
