24 Lb injectors

Hey guys need some help with my injector offset BPW vs battery voltage table . Here is a copy of my table and i feel it is off . Can somebody point me in the right direction so i'am atleast in the ball park .

You did not state what brand of injectors you have.
Contact the injector maker they should be able to give you this info, or have them flow tested.

Yep your right to may injectors out their just to guess . I have LT 1 injectors that are flow matched @ 26.76 ,43.5 psi . Good artical on the pico injectors it will give me a starting point . Thanks

I would not use the Pico example, the different brands will all flow at a different rate at a different voltage, get the info from the company that flow tested them, other wise its just a guessing game.

I will not use the pico as an starting point . I just got a e-mail from neweraperformance where i bought injectors from and they say they could not help me out so i guess i'am on my own Thanks

Those numbers are pretty ball park-ish. But, that's not what minimum pulsewidth required to open, if that's what you're after. The table in use is just the nonlinearity of the injectors with respect to VBATT, such that the turn on delay (missing fuel) and the turn off delay (extra fuel) are in one value vs battery voltage. The min pulsewidth to get any flow at all is in the neighborhood of 1000-1500 microseconds at 14volts for most high impedance injectors.

If you don't plan on changing injectors, and your altitude is pretty constant, there's no real harm in having error in the table as long as you calibrate the airflow (VE or MAF) accordingly, but your values are pretty close to correct anyway for average injectors.
