Novice, need info about programming

I have a 1993 chevy truck currently with a 454 with over 200k and am planning on installing a rebuilt 350 tbi with an lt1 cam, vortec heads, edelbrock carb intake w/adapter plate for tbi and the 454 tb. I am wanting to program a chip and needing some advice, the truck is currently still running, I was just needing some guidance on the programming for such a combo.
Thanks in advance!

Re: Novice, need info about programming

First thing to do is to find out which ECM or PCM your vehicle is running. With that you can find out what type of hardware is required to tune it.

Pull the ECM/PCM down and get the Service No from it. Then post back with that info.
