What if O2 mv??

Just wondering if someone can comment on this? My stock O2 setting for Lean/rich and Mean are .399mv. Now im wondering if it would hurt anything to say set the Lean side to .359mv and leave the rich side and Mean/lean/rich settings at .399mv? Im trying to mess around with what the sensor reads do to it being in shorty Headers now. I do have a WB to work with so that I can see what the difference is. Any help would be great!!

Re: What if O2 mv??

I used the stock EBL calibration for swing points. I believe my Innovate WB offers custom calibration as well as good old 14.7/1 or stoich for reg gas. I have it set at 14.7/1 currently. E10 I recall is more like 14.3/1. That stock calibration bin reads like 15.1/1 on WB or say 1.03 lambda runnin E10. If I calibrated my WB to 14.3/1 I believe it would read 14.3 or 1.00 lambda. My understanding is the NB feedback will allow stoich to be had(within limits) regardless of the fuel being good old reg gas or E10. Is this correct? What I did then was to move the rich/median/lean swing points up about 10% to enable a mixture richer than stoich. I believed the engine would run better as the 14.7 desired A/F I believe to be for emmishions only not drivability. I was not totally successful. I saw the W/B drop to around 14.7-14.9 or 1.00-1.01 lambda. As you stated the trucks seem to run different swing points than do cars.

I usually start off with them at Lean 425 increasing to 450 as load goes up, Rich 475 and increasing as load goes up to 525, and mean from 450 to 475.
