o2 voltage hits the zero mark.

Is it normal for the o2 sensor voltage value to decrease to zero at some times? most of the time while it is warming up it is either at zero or below 100 mV... I just did the 3 wire heated conversion with the bosch 13077 and used the gray wire out of the fuel pump relay is this a good one to use? i tested it hot when the fuel pump primes and hot with engine on...

Thanks

Re: o2 voltage hits the zero mark.

Does it happen when you allow the sensor to pre-heat before starting?

To me that means you are either dead lean on that side of the engine, or you have an exhaust leak on that side.

Or the O2 sensor isnt hooked up right. Pink w/ black stripe is hot ignition wires. I am not familiar with the grey one you mentioned.

Re: o2 voltage hits the zero mark.

here is a brief segment of the datalog. the black is o2 voltage, as you can see it is extremely choppy after a certain point. i did notice that the zeros are mostly when inj bPW is at 0.00 as well so the computer might lock in the 14.73 upon decel throttle off???

any quick obvious problems??

Thanks,
boldguy
