Needham's EMP-20 Programmer

My hard drive in my old windows 98 machine finally died and so did my trust old Needham's EMP-20 software. Does anyone know where I can still download the DOS (yes, I said DOS) programming software? I have searched everywhere with no luck, any assistance would be appreciated.
