Trying to sort the smaller issues out now I've gotten the map closer to where it needs to be. One thing that I've noticed is that when I press the clutch pedal in the revs seem to rise before they drop back to idle...

Ie 5th gear @ 1300 rpm clutch in - 1600rpm - engage clutch 6th gear 1000 rpm

Also when coming to a stop - on the brake and the clutch coming to the junction and the revs seem to hang around 1600rpm untill I come to a stop.

I'm assuming this is some kind of IAC/Stall programming but I'm not sure exactly where to look.

Re: Clutch Disengage = Revs Raise
Look into the throttle follower (TF) settings (IAC stuff). Usually there is a minimum TF steps vs MPH or such. May need to lower it.

It may also be that the engine idles with too low of an IAC setting. On a MPFI setup 30 - 40 steps is normal for warmed up and no added loads.
