recommended afr?
I am going to tune this weekend and would like to know everyones opinion on what afr I should try and target at:
-idle
-part throttle (driving around town)
-WOT
I know i should ultimately aim for what the engine likes best but my tuner usually does boosted cars, which requires a richer AFR. he thougt that about 14-15 afr for idle, about 15 for part throttle and about 13.0-13.3 for WOT. My setup is in my sig below, so look at that and tell me what you think. will be using 91 octane.
We will be using the wideband readings for tuning, not BLM readings.
thanks

Re: recommended afr?
No emmishions stuff. E10
these are my readings on WB.
I idle at 13.0 OL
off idle I am CL at 14.3(STOICH)
AE varies based upon rpm 10.0/1 to 12.5 is what I see
PE varies by RPM 12.7 to 12.3
92 octane
I have no knock.
I think 13.3 may be a bit too lean?
