bad prom?

hey guys.Im haveing some problems and cant seem to find a solution besids the ecm or maybe the prom.My qustion is before i buy a new ecm can a prom go bad?

same problem here. I can get anew prom for $108+ tax & reman 165 ecm for 150+tax is that a good price or better ideas out there. Thanx

well i can get a new ecm at advance for $70 plus the old one and tax but i dont know about the prom.if its bad ill probly just get the stuff to burn my own.Iv been thinking on going that way anyway in sted of getting the megasquirt.But still not for shure
