display injector flow rate?

When I change my injector flow rate, do I need to change the display injector flow rate?
What does this mean?
Currently my display injector flow rate is 3.81 gal/hr - I believe this is the stock value on an 89 GTA 350 a4

Good question I'm trying to figure the same thing out. using tunercat
