Advise on where to start

Hello everyone,
I am working on a friends 1993 Pontiac Trans Am. It has an LT1 in it with some things done to it but there is only one problem. With all the changes that were done this thing doesn't have any more power than a factory LT1 car. I am just starting to tune it and was wondering if anyone has anything that works or would like to give me some advise on where to begin. The only thing I have changed yet this far was changing the injector size to match the 32lb injectors. Here is what has been done to the car.

LT1
32# injectors
58 mm throttle body
stock intake
super charger (Power Dyne) 6.5 psi boost
Headers with 3" flowmaster exhaust
transmission 700 R4 with shift kit
torque converter 2200 stall
gears 373
msd distributer and ignition.

Like I said all I have changed so far is the 32 lb injectors to cure a super rich condition. I am looking for any advise on tuning the eprom to get the power I think it should have. Also there are no codes on either
Thank you in advance
Trever
