Need help tweeking RPM increase when clutching

I finally got my truck running great but there is some minor issues but I dont know what to change to fix them. ECM is 7747 $42 mask. At full operating temp when you come to a stop light and push on the clutch the engine revs up to 1100 and then comes down slowly to idle. What do I need to tweek that? Also if the truck is at operating temp and you shut it off for a short time and it cools down a bit the idle is too fast upon restart. I think that is adjusted with (IAC vs Temp) is that right??

Head up to the Tuning Guide Book sticky, Chapter 5, '8746/'8063/'7747 ECM section. IAC Logic article, explains all that you need to know.
