ALDL Mode Effects On The ECM

Hi Everyone, When running in ALDL mode (A+B pins jumped). What things does it cause the ECM to change during engine operation? I know if you havn't zeroed it out in the prom there is a table for it to add spark in ALDL. Is there anything else it changes? I was getting alot of bad data samples when I was datalogging without having A+B jumped. So to get rid of those I have to run in ALDL mode but I'm worried about my data not being accurate.

Thanks In Advance!
