you guys are a hoot. I love it. I got banned for some stupid reason " I think it was calling Bruce on his bullshit" and then you ban a user name that has been registered for 3 years. Not to mention I made posts under that handle before the forum change over.

I have to say I usually drop in here for the amusement factor to be honest. There is very little to learn these days from this forum. It is the same tired trolling that could be easily avoided by using the search function.

Its pretty funny actually.

Somebody wants to make a big deal out of something "that occurred when the Dick "Bruce" was alive that was a joke then.

I really don't give 2 ****s. If you wanted some technical help here from someone with day in and day out experience you just pissed that oppurtunity up a damn rope.

The drama around here was ridiculous then and it is ridiculous now.

Whats is absolutely hilarious is that I didn't log in for like 3 years. Someone makes a assinine comment and then gets bent when they get called on the bullshit.

It was bullshit when I was banned in the first place, yet Bruce's behavior was let go time and time again including his combative nature and downright ignorant and often beyond rude behavior. People would make constructive posts only to have Bruce start up his bullshit.

D.I.Y. Prom deserves exactly what it gets at this point.

A small userbase, anybody that knows anything basically stoppped visiting this forum long ago.

Neither did them banning me when my Plecan had it in for me and literally provoked everyone in the forum on a near daily basis and made beyond rude comments repeatadely. He then also claimed I emailed him a computer virus. As if I cared enough to bother. Then he went on a wild tangent of name calling and when I told him to stop acting like a ******* I got banned.

apparently they reactivated my old account. LOL. I didn;t miss this place for 3 years. what makes them think I will miss it again. I was bored and I dropped in to shoot the ****. Apparently the same little whiny girls are still in charge though. To bad. could have been a good forum.

All I want is a apology. I as banned for someone else shitty behavior and my intolerance of it. The dude went at me every time I posted in a thread.

Think about it. I obviously don't care. This is becoming amusement though. They could continue to ban me and I could continues to generate new IP's email addys etc and really there is nothing they could do except to lock out registration.

Honestly, I don't think any of it was funny or even worth seeing to most people. However, I've included at the end of this post.

A brief background. It is my understanding that "Funstick" was banned 4 years ago for getting into it with a former TGO member (Grumpy) in public. I was not directly involved or a part of this.

"Funstick" then re-joined ThirdGen, in 2007, under the user name "GrumpysNemesis". Simply put, the reason why this wasn't wasn't caught before was because he only created one post in 2007. It was only recently (this past week) did he start to use the account again by posting several times within the past few days.

Plain and simple, the user name "GrumpysNemesis" was deemed inappropriate by staff as it was a personal conflict and insult with a user. It was unnecessary and continues a grudge over 4 years old.

The staff decided to close the "GrumpysNemesis" account due to the above reasoning. However, we also decided to allow the "Funstick" account a second chance. I sent the following email to "Funstick"

To which "Funstick" sent us the following response:

As you can see above, we tried to give "Funstick" a second chance by opening his original account and assist him regaining control of the account. However, instead, we are greeted with this thread and the above response.

Agreed. We tried to give "Funstick" a second chance by restoring his original account and assisting him with re-using the account. Instead, however, it appears some may not be able to put behind something that occurred over 4 years ago.

I don't believe it's difficult to act mature and responsible, especially over something that occurred over 4 years ago and involved a member that had passed on some time ago.
