Ostrich 2 only starts once???

Ostrich 2 only starts once???
Hey guys Im having a very strange problem with my ostrich Im assuming.But when I start my car and drive or get it hot and then shut it back off.The car wont restart immediatly after.It just cranks and sputters and a get a code 51 of no prom,the fans would come on and stay on and the check engine light would flash.If I leave the ignition on..unplug the ostrich and plug it back in,the fans shut off and the car will start no problem.
This has only started happening a week or 2 ago and is extremely annoying,could this be a dead battery in the ostrich or a corrupted bin file?Has me stumped since it runs fine once I unplug and plug it back in.

does anyone have any suggestions,im starting to wonder if i have a bad ecm but dont know how i should try to test it
