I'm stumped, rich at low throttle, lean on idle?
Like the subject line says, I was doing some datalogging today to figure out why my car stalls out when I blip the throttle. First of all, it's an L98, stock heads/cam, and the SLP T-RAM with Ford Bosch III injectors. Fuel pressure is 50psi (the lowest I can adjust it to for some reason). Computer setup is Speed Density, 730 ECM, running $8D mask. Unfortunately, I'm still tuning with a stock type NB O2 sensor.
While datalogging today, I found that when I hold the throttle at a very light setting, TPS voltage ~.70-.90, the car will misfire and BLMs will drop to 108. As soon as I let off the gas, BLMs shoot back up, engine stabilizes and BLMs read 145. I'm running a modified AUJP with fuel taken away in the lower VE tables to compensate for the increased FP. I did this from a stop and held the throttle at that setting and the car chuggles and misfires badly as the BLMs dip to 108. Does the same thing at cruise speed as well, and I can hear it pop sometimes at deceleration making me think it's rich. it's almost as if there's a slight range in the TPS where the car does this. I'll hold down the gas at that setting, it'll run like crap and get rich, but then I push down a little further and the car responds fine. The TPS is also a new recently replaced one from Standard. Oh and I found that the car likes to want to stall when I blip the throttle very slightly.
Other things to consider:
-Checked timing, timing still set at stock 6*
-Checked for vacuum leaks, could not find any but replaced all my vac lines anyway.
-Car WAS running normally and well with the same tune, up until a few weeks ago when it started doing this.
-Injectors were recently replaced with a new flow matched set.
-I had an extra 730 ECM that is on loan from a friend. Swapped ECMs, same result.
Does anybody else have any suggestions or know anything I missed? Thanks for the help.
