305 to 383 Memcal + Tuning questions
Hello all, I've been reading on here for hours searching all over, but still haven't seem to have found the answers I'm looking for. Here is the scoop:
Bought a '91 Pont. Formula, 305 TPI, t-5, hypertech memcal
Dropped in a 2 piece RMS 383, 4-bolt splayed, TPI, ect, LT1 style T-56.
I purchased the C.A.T.S. obd1 pro tuning kit, and that is what I will be using for the tuning aspect.
My questions are, can I burn my eprom, and still be able to use the hypertech 305 memcal? If not, what make/model/engine memcal do I need? one for a 90-92 350 TPI automatic?
As of now I just pulled the information off of the hypertech chip and am playing around to get to know the software, and in the constants table, it has 623cc/cyl and number of cylinders at 0, what is the deal with that?
Any help or feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
