idle things, spark things
hi all!
tinkered a bit around with the car, and i found some interesting things out...
engine is a 415 with 11:1 comp, AFR 195comp port heads, street friendly HR cam, 2 high flow cats..
1)when the car is in open loop, engine cold, commanded AFR is according to DM around 15.3, why?
2)when the engine is warm, closep loop, i have BLM at 141, emission are as follows...3% CO, 1000ppm HC, so the car runs rich..
DM shows lean, emission show rich...
what should i look for? i adjusted the idle O2 values around 100mV lower than stock to compensate overlap..
are the VE table represented in this calculation?
i did a search here, but didnt come up with sth
3) how can i dial in spark real good?
the car is running very good, dont stumble or hesitate, my current spark table is a very mild one..especially in the cruise area.
is a more agressive spark table better, thinking of driveability?
if someone wants to take a look, i want be happy to send the.bins
thank you
