PROM help!

Hey im in a little bit of a bind.

I have a 91 Camaro RS 305. v8 5.0L Standard.

I would love to drive it around but have realized there is not PROM chip in it.

Is there anywhere i could order this chip?
If not what is the BIN that i would need to program to a blank chip.

I had one previously programed but i didnt work. Waste of $50 bucks maybe a little more.
