G540 USB programmer?

G540 USB programmer?
Anyone tried one of these G540 complete USB programmers for $55 shipped to your door? They are listed as doing MCUs, Memory, and GALs. The commonly used flash chips for automotive reprogramming are listed (atmel, SST, etc).

Looks interesting, I have been planning on a burn2 to replace my old parallel PP2, but I may investigate this one further.

I would stay away from it. I talked to someone that said every time they try to program a SST 27SF512 it shows a fail because it doesn't erase them properly.
The Atmel chips work fine he says.

The USB Willem would work also. A universal programmer is more desirable to me than a programmer for the same price that only will do 2-5 kinds of chips.
