Can I read a 27SF256 with a Burn 1?

Engine: 383 LPE build
Transmission: 4+3... T56 soon enough
Axle/Gears: 3.07
Can I read a 27SF256 with a Burn 1?
Got my Moates Burn1 today, but flash and burn doesn't have a setting for a 256 only a 512.
Can I read it using 512 settings?
I cannot(!) ruin the program so I don't want to try till I know.
