ok so my friends car is stock but for an exhaust and a tbi injector spacer we made, and i was wondering if we can just change the base timing through the chip instead of unbolting the dizzy and jumping this and that.
if i put the base timing lower than the stock chip in tunerpro and the dizzy doesnt move, that will make the computer compensate the timing table differently, thus advancing timing, right?
im burning an advance curve from a manual 305 car and hoping to advance the whole thing 4 degrees like ppl do with stock cars.

On top of that, you can't make the initial SA a negative number. So can't do what you are thinking of.
