Real Time Diagnostic software

Hello guys. A quick question for the expert Tuners. What software do I need to be able to track and read in real time? Im aware of TunerPro RT, but Im looking for one that is similar to the Snap-On Scanner such as the one below...

I want to be able to monitor RPM's, spark, TPS voltage, O2 readings, ect. Thanks guyz.

Re: Real Time Diagnostic software

What do you mean like a MODIS?

A Snap-On MODIS is an entire multi-vehicle multi-system diagnostic platform with countless options including oscilloscope functionality if you want it.

You don't need anything anywhere as complicated as a multi-thousand dollar (unless stolen and put on eBay) MODIS to scan an '86 F-Body. That'd be like using Iron Man's robotic butler to put together a plastic model tank.

TunerPro RT
EASE Scan Tool
Datamaster TTS
The old Diacom and others are more than sufficient for an ODB1 F-body.

Yeah. Like the multi-thousand dollar MODIS. Nah man. Just like any scanner that monitors what the ECM is "seeing" from the sensors. But Ill check out those programs that you mentioned. Thanks scorp508.

Way ahead of ya man. I bought 2 items yesterday so that I can use my laptop along with some software. Thats why I posted this thread and named it "Real Time Diagnostic software" so that I can know what program to use with my recently purchased cables.

TunerPro will do everything the Modis does and TP will do it faster too.
