Rich when cruising in 4th...?

Thanks for looking in guys...
Been fooling around a little at a time with tuning... (165-6E/ with APYU/ARAP/ADS Superchip Bins...)
& have been having a hard time setting up my in town cruise settings
Set-up is in the Sig...

Anyways, I've been tuning in Open Loop to take the computer out of the equation and have been watching my WBO2...
Things seem to be OK with a light throttle input from 1st through 3rd then when the car enters 4th gear it goes Pig rich....? 10:1 AFR's

I played around with my MAF table#1 so that I idle well (set at 750 RPM).
It stumbles a bit on tip in but its the cruise in 4th that has me puzzled... because if I adjust MAF table #1 for cruise any it screws up my idle...?

By the way, when I put the car in Closed Loop the AFR's seem to hang around 14-15.5 during light acceleration but the BLM's and INT's are all over the place, which makes me think that there is a lot of compensation going on???

Any ideas guys???

It may be that the injector compensation tables are not correct. Up to this point no one has been able to get the values for Accel injectors.

Re: Rich when cruising in 4th...?

Oh thanks for chiming in RBob!
The 24 Lbs injectors have been replaced by 32Lbs Bosch III, the FI size in the Bin has been updated for the same... I guess I should update my Sig... Sorry.

With that being said, would I have to change my Injector Compensation Tables because I've changed to Bosch III injectors????

I've been scanning up and down Constants/Scalars, Tables/Functions in TP RT v4 and have yet to come across anything that stands out...

I would almost say that this 4th gear lean (Open Loop) happens while there is very little to no throttle input ie; .4 to .6 Volts /1500 RPM 30 Mph
My INT and BLM's are swinging back and forth when I go Closed Loop....?

I'll see what I can do over here....
Any help would be appreciated though....

Re: Rich when cruising in 4th...?

Post back with the Bosch part #.

For the injector short PW compensation table, zero it out. These injectors flow more at short PW's and the code can only add.

If the injectors are the skinny reds (280 155 759), here are the other table values at 44 psi:

Flow rate: 32.3 #/hr

Offset Compensation versus Battery Voltage:
6.4 Volts: 3193 usec
8.0 Volts: 2163 usec
9.6 Volts: 1618 usec
11.2 Volts: 1278 usec
12.8 Volts: 1031 usec
14.4 Volts: 821 usec
15.0 Volts: 784 usec*

You will need to extrapolate the 16 volt entry. And also use the 14.4 V value for the 0 volt table entry.
