so whats up here... i'm a little confused. is my time not set to update fast enough on my pcm? do any of you guys change your update blm cells to 400ms?

Good question. Mine is set to stock settings. You are right on the time before update occurs. I could probably look at a datalog later to see how long it takes. Why deviate from stock? If your ECU processes faster you may want to change then. My guess.

Your not looking at the data correctly.
The BLM updates a value when the Integrator runs out of adjustment.
As a very rough description...
BLM is a "coarse" value and the INT could be considered the "fine".
You could have a very low BLM (indicating you have too much fuel) while the INT is adding "just a bit" of fuel back in.
It would be better to look at your O2 values and determine if the BLM correction is correct for the situation.
Misfires will indicate lean and add fuel via the BLM even though it was an over-rich condition that caused the misfire in the first place.
