ebl help tpi

My question is concerning cold idle and, off idle running. The car is tpi. I have tuned well enough to make it have a consistent 850 rpm idle when car is 120+, however when the car is cold upon start up, it surges from 900- 1100 rpm with the wideband reading 11.5-12.5. When the car warms up it is a steady 13.8-14. Should i be looking to lean out lower ve tables on this map (kpa) area, or elsewhere?
The next question is, when i first installed the ebl i had the stock 48mm tb, recently i switched to a 52mm. When i go to drive it or even rev it up, it has a flat spot, then revs up. This area is rich 12.1 or richer. Where should i be looker to fix this problem?
Last is revving up the engine with no load. I rev it up, upon letting it return to idle it surges for a few seconds and smoke a bit because of richness according to wideband, then returns to idle steady like before (when warm). Any help to these problems would be appreciated. Thanks

Re: ebl help tpi

The richness when revving with no load sounds like your TPS AE needs to be adjusted and is putting too much fuel in. It could also explain the flat spot and 12.1 AFR when you push the pedal while driving. You really have to do datalogs and mark when these conditions occur. Then review the data and make adjustments accordingly.
