ebl surging on start up and after reving up

ebl surging on start up and after reving up

i have a problem with my car surging, im trying to post a datalog to illustrate the problem

Did adding to the VE table in the areas I mention help with the surging?

Yes it did, Im still having a problem with it dying or surging bad after revving up which I think is being caused by more lean values in the low kpa, low rpm areas. Because I tried flattening them some after adjusting them in addittion to what you told me to add in the 55 kpa area and up. I will datalog and see.

Keep an eye on whether the ECM is in open or closed loop. In closed loop surging can also be caused by the proportional gains. This is the reason for the forced open loop on decel. Very difficult to get the proportional gains working correctly with such a small injector PW.

Many time it is helpful to make the whole lower VE area richer to eliminate surging. Then do some VE Learns.
