Tunerpro v5 issues

I just got v5 and took awhile to get it working. It works and reads the right values, but every 5 or ten seconds the values go to the values as if the cable wasn't connected for a millesecond. When using winaldl I don't have that interruption. Anyone know what could be causing this?

This is on my 86 Z28 using a 89 $6e tune.

Try Disconnecting and reconnecting in tunerpro from the drop down menu that says accquistiong, or control plus the f4 button.

You need to use a resistor on the cable to put it into 8192 ALDL mode. Search for that and you'll find all about it.

Re: Tunerpro v5 issues

My cable has a jumper setup on it that I believe uses a resistor. It works with winaldl.

Almost every ads file imported to TunerPro RT V5 adx file has needed a pause or an extra byte in reply or both.

I looked at the link but don't understand it that well. The example they show is for a 7730 and has different commands
