Bog during open loop warmup

I have an issue with a bad bog during warmup on an $8d system, 7730 ECM
It's 70*-80* out side, not winter . When started, if you try to blip or stomp the throttle it will bog so badly the engine will immediately die. As it warms up and enters open loop, the problem goes away. ( I also drive a 2009 turbo HHR which has absolutely no issue at any temp)

I am guessing it is an AE related issue, because of it being relative to throttle response. When I view parameters, there are certainly quite a few related to temps . But for open loop, there does not seem to be much there (that I recognize) which can be worked with that is AE related during warm up. I think I' m missing the boat on this one.

I'm hoping to get insight as to what to consider changing, and which direction it should go.

As always, my sincere thanks to all taking the time to respond,

Dave Buchholz

Re: Bog during open loop warmup

What if you lock it in open loop does it still happen? if not I would work on you Startup Enrichment vs Temp, if it does then work on your ve/iac or closed trottle o2 constant.
