Delta TPS and MAP AE

Is there any way to get the Delta TPS and MAP terms into the data stream on the 7747? I guess it's possible that the stream is just too slow to actually pick up the appropriate transient conditions, but it would make tuning these AE tables a lot easier (i.e. lean pop at high delta TPS = add table at this area).

I've been tuning this for over a year. This is just on a dumpster vehicle so I don't have any real regrets, but about 100 chips. Just getting this heavy dump moving needs more AE, but it jacks with the BLMs at idle and thus jacks with the VE tables. Anyway, I appreciate any incite to this problem. If there isn't a real solution I'll just continue making small changes.

Thanks,
Matt

Re: Delta TPS and MAP AE

You can do some of this. One thing to do is to put the values in consecutive locations within the ALDL stream. This way the data is delivered more times within the packet span.

Delta MAP for AE is in: L0032
MAP AE PW is in L0099
TPS AE PW is in L009A

The delta TPS% value isn't saved. Could change to the code to do so.

Note that you can also add AE via the IAC opening PW. This will be from throttle follower.

Re: Delta TPS and MAP AE

Thanks a lot. Hopefully I can implement this w/o any other questions. So far I've only added total PW to the ALDL stream so I'm very "green."
