Injector Data...how to transfer it?
Here's the situation, I got my hotwire kit in for my Walbro 255 and the 48 lb/hr injectors in. However, my injectors came with the following data that I attached. Now, how do I transfer the time offset vs. voltage to the tables used in TunerPro RT which uses Injector PW Correction vs. Voltage (Volts DC vs. uSec. Added) and Injector PW Low Offset vs. Base Pulse Width(BPW mSec. vs. uSec Added).
Anyone that can help me out, I would appreciate it!
Thanks in advance!

Re: Injector Data...how to transfer it?
Think I've figured it out. The time offset is in ms which needs to be multiplied by 1000 to convert to uSec to match the 8D code. Which will go in the Injector PW offset vs. Battery voltage table.
Sound right?

that will cover the injector offset vs voltage table, but i'm not seeing anything in that sheet to deal with low pulsewidth offset?

Re: Injector Data...how to transfer it?
That's on a guess. So far, I've multiplied the injector data by 2 and done some playing...it seems to be almost spot on to what I think is correct. I took my VE table and converted it from my 38s to 48s by multiplying .79 to that table. However, still having issues with higher fuel demand with about 50% or more throttle so that needs to be ironed out. Not sure what could help with that though...got the VE table on what I think would be correct according to the lower VE table. PE table is commanding 12.7 according to the calculator but is filled with negative values so might take it up to zero and see if that helps but I know its only a temporary fix.

Re: Injector Data...how to transfer it?
Is this $8D? If so should have changed the injector flow rate parameter in the BIN, not the VE table. As for the high load/RPM lean out, see if the injector PW is going flat. If so there is a patch to alleviate that issue.
IIRC, it has to do with the engine displacement. There is also a calibration parameter for it too in $8D.

RBob;
Yes, this is Super AUJP for 8D that I am working with. The cubic inches and injector flow rating hasn't changed as this is a 38 to 48 lb/hr injector swap. The 38s were maxed out on my engine with 100% on the VE table with the injector PW tuned correctly and I went to the 48s so, I'm just working on figuring this all out. I can post my file or email it to you Rbob if you don't mind looking at it.

Super AUJP has the PW patch already in it, so no issue with the PW going flat.
As far as the injector flow rate and engine displacement values in the calibration. I don't know why you wouldn't change those to what is being used.

42 lb injectors is enough for over 520 whp in $8d, you shouldnt be maxing VE table i wouldnt think, unless your motor is extremely stout. Did you calculate cycle duty? Injector constant should be what your injectors flow at your set fuel pressure. Code calculation should be able to make 550+ whp at max injector duty with 48's which i thought would be 100% ve in the table

Re: Injector Data...how to transfer it?
Sorry, I meant to say the cubic inches haven't changed in the tune...it was already calculated for the 383 before the injector swap. The injector constant has been switched though to the 48s.
Thanks for the help! Any advice I will take it as I don't know what the issue is.

Fuel pump shouldn't be an issue...it's a Walbro 255 with a Racetronix HotWire kit.
I'm making anywhere between 420-450rwhp with my engine but haven't dynoed it to confirm as there has been a fuel issue since my tuned headers, 1.6 rockers, AFR 8019 springs, and new oil pan install.
I have a new ALDL cable coming so I'll be able to know for sure what is going on but I will say that it took the low offset table to make the injectors behave like they should down in the lower rpms even with the correct voltage offset table in the tune so maybe I need to up that table some to see if that helps.
Fuel pressure is set to match the injectors at 43.5 psi.

Re: Injector Data...how to transfer it?
Right now...it really depends on tps as you know but not actived during normal driving but when it activates with some spirited driving about 3400-3600 but it's set to about 50% throttle about 2k and 35% at 3600 so....
