Adjust the VE table or reduce fuel pressure? UPDATE 4/25
I am at point where it appears I am ready to tweak the VE tables, but still kind of confused about the adder table being added in or not added in.
In any case, I have a LOT more reading to do.
But I do have a question about the fuel pressure and blm/int numbers.
The current fuel pressure is running 12.5 - 13.5 psi.
Here is the table for the blm and int data from a run.

Here is the VE table:

Here is the VE table with adjusted values from the VE fixer spreadsheet.

What I am concerned with are the cells where there is a significant amount of difference between the red and the black.
I don't do much city driving, so I don't know when I'll be able to get some of those cells filled in that are empty.
In any case, seeing that it looks like the nlm's are on the rich side pretty much across the board, is it incorrect to assume that my fuel pressure could be dropped a little? It seems that if the fuel pressure is dropped, ideally, that would slightly lean out everything more evenly than by adjusting the blm values.
Is this assumption incorrect?
I did happen to find that the tbi injector pods on a couple of year models of Cadillac cars have a fuel pressure regulator that can be adjusted by popping out a cap unlike the welded types on everything else.
Would dropping the pressure about 1/2 lb help?
Thanks!

Re: Adjust the VE table or reduce fuel pressure?
That is correct, if the global range of operation is rich or lean, a fuel pressure change can quickly bring things inline. I have done that for quick fine tuning on my car
Re: Adjust the VE table or reduce fuel pressure?
Assuming the WOT fueling is adequate you could drop the FP a tad. If WOT(PE) fueling is inadequate you will make it worse. Is engine modified?

Re: Adjust the VE table or reduce fuel pressure?
The engine is stock and I've not had it WOT yet. I'm not sure the transmission could handle it.....lol
Edit to add:
I got the adjustable fuel pressure installed. The lowest I could adjust the pressure down to using the stock regulator spring is 12psi.
The idle numbers came in, and looks promising. Will be running a data log on the way to work and go from there.

Re: Adjust the VE table or reduce fuel pressure?
UPDATE:
So, after adjusting the fuel pressure to 12 psi from 13.5 psi, the BLM numbers went towards 128 a minor bit, but not a lot.
Then, I decided, what the heck, won't know until I try it, so I tweaked the VE table.
I used the BLM/128*(VE cell + Ve adder) - Ve adder formula.
I did not zero out the VE adder table.
I took a test drive to see and here are the results:
