code 51, i think the eeprom is erasing itself

ok so i have been having this problem for about a year now. Ive tried re-burning my chips ive tried new chips and new ECM'svand nothing is working permanantly the problem always comes back . my car is a tpi 350 speed density and i get error code 51 all too often. most of the time my car just all the sudden dies and if you try to start it, it will start bucking and not run well at all.

anyone have an answer or any experience with this?

I get my chips from moates.net. And the piggy back adapter i use is made by hypertech. It doesnt have the quick chip release on it. You have to carefully remove and press the chips in

Thats a odd one, Unless there is some connection issue with the header. If you like I would be willing to solder in a D2 directly onto your memcal for just the cost of the d2 and shipping or reprogram the uv eprom on the memcal if that help you out.
