4L60E and the EBL

I have been reading some stuff about the EBL and the TCC lock up tuning. I know the EBL cannot control the 4L60E trans, so I have my stock ECM controling the trans. My question is this... do I need to make any changes to the tune in order to turn off the TCC or other 700R4 related functions?

Re: 4L60E and the EBL

The only item that is affected is the TCC lock retard spark table:

SA - TCC Locked Retard

Can either zero it out, or unset the TCC option flag:

Option Word 2 - Bit 7 - TCC

Un-setting the flag has the ECM ignoring the table as it thinks a stick trans is installed.

Thanks Rbob, I will make the change if it isn't all ready.
