Any suggestions to adjust this setup?

Today finished installing
  • CompCams -08-302-8 -> 210/220, 480/480, 112
  • Hooker 2055 + 3" catback
  • gasket matched plenum w/ 52mm TB, ported/polished stock intake w/ ported gasket matched, unshrouded polished stock 083 heads

Stock idle calls for 600, but it idles much better at 675. Also my BLM is maxed at 160, integrator is sitting at 130 at idle.

I havent made any changes to the tune yet. I'm hoping to get some things to try by posting ...

Happened to have a wideband hooked up to the car?

I would first start chipping away at the idle and try your best to get the int and blm as close to 128 as you can. That number is only working when your in closed loop. After the idle work the part throttle.

WOT tuning will be a tad more difficult but you can still do it with a narrow band its just not as precise. Aim twards .800-.900 Mv when its dumping itself into open loop..

Always start with the idle, then work the part throttle, then work the WOT stuff. It takes time but its worth it to do it in that order.

I'm my own worst enemy. I used Felpro 1206 intake gaskets, too big! Carb cleaner showed the leak. So first, I have to replace that gasket with 1205 and go from there. Stay tuned ... NPI

Always start by calculating enough fuel pressure and injector for the engine HP. Then what fasteddi said... or it's all a waste of time.

fuel pressure huh? using this page's formulas, I need more injector. It comes out to 26lb injectors @ 52psi rail pressure. My injectors are 22lb bosch III.

Can I increase my injector pulse duty cycle ~15% to compensate?
