Modded for higher power, should LV8 parameters change?

The car has been modded from the stock '89 240fwhp, to 375. Since the stock LV8 values were determined at the lower hp value, should I raise or lower the scalars and tables relying on LV8?

Example: LV8 spark tables should delay advance from stock since the engine is now more "efficient" in producing power, i.e. more power is being made using the same fuel. I realize I could be stating a bunch of blarney.
