Tuning help - Miniram and MAF

I just recently installed the TPIs Miniram on my car and noticed like everyone else the stumble on throttle. I am certain this is a tuning issue and have questions.

Prior to this install, I used a $32 mask, AWBB Bin with a 165 ECU and Ostrich. Before the Miniram, I had this dialed in pretty good, but granted I just changed minor things like the injector sizes, fan times, etc. I used this mask and Bin combo as it was the direct replacement Bin for my car.

I have read quite a bit about increasing "pump shot" to solve the stumble. I see the AE tables in Tuner Pro. Are these the tables that should be increased 10-20%? Is there anything else I need to look at?

The reason I am asking I this thread is because almost every Miniram tuning question I've seen asks about MAP cars, not MAF. I have no VE in my $32 mask.

I'm not sure where you at with the tuning, if you have data logged and corrected the maf tables if needed first. then move on to ae. the more correction to the maf tables the more will be needed in ae. Start out slow bye adding 3 to 5 to the existing value.

I will take a look at the MAF tables as soon as I get home. If I remember correctly, there is 5 or 6 tables with nothing but MAF values. Are these what I should be editing? Thanks for the feedback so far guys!

Re: Tuning help - Miniram and MAF

Quick update, I switched over to a $6e mask using the default ARAP Bin and it works great. I think I am going to use this moving forward. I have a weird hesitation (almost wants to cut out in gear at a stop), but other than that it is much better than my modified original stock Bin. I should have used ARAP from the start. No more backfiring in the intake and no more boggy throttle!

Re: Tuning help - Miniram and MAF

Ok, I felt the need to update this thread just to mention that I am a complete idiot. Turns out that my issue was timing all along. I can run my stock chip and cruise, even though it is not optimal. I'll be switching to 6e mask soon due to the huge amount of options to log over the 32b mask. Regardless, my issue had everything to do with timing and nothing at all to do with the ECU tuning.
