Hey guys I may be in the wrong area but I need some help. I jus got my ecm back from moates. I had them install a 28 pin adapter. I put my chip that I programmed using a caprice bin then modifying it the car idles high But other than that I can't tell what's going on Cus my ddata logger on tuner pro won't connect. It connected fine to my stock ecm with the stock chip in it. If anyone can shed some light on my problem it would be very helpful. And also I'm a lil confused on torque converter lockup settings. Also I am using burn2 with flash and burn thanks

 

Be sure to burn the top of the chip. The chip is much larger then the stock one.

I used the 4k bin offset method from moates. So I think that is right. Could the mask Id make that not communicate I think that's the one that should be 61 right?
