Simulate nb and tune

I am using 14.7 spartan wideband

Having problems getting o-5 volts read into my apu1?

I am reading around 1.8-2.2 volts at idle but I get nothing when I read at the fav board at apu1

I have. 165ecm and 32b bin at 25payload I added 6 to 31 in the 160 command
And made definitions from 24-31 16 bit

I left them at no conversion all 16 bit with the offsets from 25-31
The values don't move and vary but seem high
All are like 12000 or 8000 I thought with no conversion and idle they should read max of 1024?

Now the narrowband sits at .45 car on engine off the. At run immediat jumps to .9mv range and goes immediatly to closed loop

This is good I guess since I never hit closed before. But although in close loop now will this fixed signal allow me to tune using the wb signal and edit the tables
To change fueling even though o2 is always at fixed point (so it seems)
Car needs a tune and runs rich so maybe it will lower down once I play but something seems off

Reading the wb should not be that hard seems broken maybe

2volts is 14.4 so wb seems ok odd that apu won't read

But nb at 1v should be at .4 or some thing
