TunerPro Table defintion and conversion help
I finally am understanding the definitions table. Now on to the Bins.
I am using tuner pro v5 165 ecm $32b for 88 lb9 auto
As I browse through my bin I see most tables have odd and exact numbers in them that do not make sense. FOr example the desired idle speed vs coolant temp table. I figure this would be a safe place to start emulating with my APU1. I wanted to maybe set idle speed when cold higher to just test real time my changes.
Well I open it up and doesn't seem to add up:

1: The table on the left: The values are not even linear. Is this normal or is my file corrupt? I did not touch. I open other bins from the net and the appear the same. is this an xdf issue? Why would at 104 deg my rpm by 957 and at 116 it is 2637? What am I missing here?
I hope it is just some mapping formula thing I am missing and the rpm vs deg are not 1-1 but apply by formula?
2: Pressing f2 I pull up the hex data and look at conversion. I understand the definition files the X is the read value that you apply a formula too. But here it is unclear? I am assuming since the desired output from this table is idle speed and RPM are in the column field that is the output from the equation? OK in this case why have an equation can it be forced to fixed values?
3: lets walk thru the equation cause like #2 I am little confused. So I assume the row (DEG) gets looked up by the ECM. lets say it is 56deg c.
that mean it just takes 12.5*56 = idle speed? = 700RPM
and operating at 100C (210) = 1250 idle (which seems high)
ok that makes sense but then why are the RPM values all wacky. 56C is 1975 RPM in this case. will it use that value or use the equation?
many tables are like this and it is not clear do I edit a formula for the RPM in the table? or the equation? or are these values real time values in RPM populated from my last run?

Re: TunerPro Table defintion and conversion help
is there a way to see the look up real time or log for a table/ IE in the table above if the deg value is 60 (not in the table) is there a way to monitor the ecm decisions? Like it interpolates to closest value 56dg and that cell becomes yellow and then it goes to the closets value of 637 in the bottom and highlights that yellow or something?

Re: TunerPro Table defintion and conversion help
Fixed well I read my stock bin with no offset or wrong chip type
I tried 27fs512 moates read write chip and the offset for 16bir chip
And all my tables look normal now
