MAf Tables $32B which way adjust?
I have seen the tips for the MAF adjustment and tune in here but I have also seen contradictions.
If I am running lean at 140+ BLM at idle. I used the BPW tables but the MAF seem more repsonsive.
If at 10g/s is where I am lean by loking at cell 16 at idle and 800 -1200rpm range in tuner pro I got too table #1 and I find say 10.4 g/s value
OK since at 10.4 it might by .7 volts I want more fuel.
I see at 13g/s the next cell it is .9volts.
so I am thinking I make the 13g/s cell closer to 10. and the 10g/s like 9
this way when the table looks up 10g/s it will pull .9v not ,7?
am I reading this right?
So if lean, lower value in the few cells so the table shifts to a higher cell?

Re: MAf Tables $32B which way adjust?
ok that makes more sense
So as an example the maf table#1 in the conversion x *(y/256). This conversion is for the actual input from the ecm address to be converetd to the voltage. which then is looked up against the table row.
so the ECM will read at the address perform the calc. So y is the byte/256 = volts (what is the x?) but I assume it then determines it is say .55v
then it goes to that row and returns say 10g/s
so if I am lean at 10 g/s I should LOWER that value to say 9g/s so it goes to the next row/cell
