Hey all, does WUD run on Windows 10, I updated my laptop and now I cannot connect. Wast trying to chase down a fuel pump voltage problem that I think I traced to a bad connector at the fuel pump relay and now I cant see the data and its killing me... that and I need to get back to figuring out my idle stuff.

I wouldnt know. As i dont have EBL. But what i do know is you can get a cheap refurbished windows xp for like $100. Personally i like to have a laptop just solely for tuning, that way it dont get viruses and what not from being online because it can/ will effect the programs your running for your vehicle. viruses not only destroy the pc but when your talking blowing your motor. aint worth it.

 

May need to update the USB drivers. IIRC, WIN 10 uses a different driver for the FTDI based USB to serial adapters. But the WUD does run on it.

cool i will look into it - I have plenty of laptops but they all went to windows 10 sigh.

 

the updated drivers did the trick, but for some reason usb 3.0 ports crash the system. Bumber because I liked seeing the tt1 and have the ebl up at the same time though not necessary. Thanks.
