82 CFI, dies on WOT

Here's the issue. I have an 82 CFI, Voodoo 256 cam, Dart SHP heads, Renegade intake. Heads are 72 cc chambers, flat top pistons 9.5:1 compression, 200 cc intake. From a standing start if you floor it, it dies. VE is pretty well fleshed in with tons of VE learns. No Wideband yet, but it's on the list. I can provide tune and Datalog if requested. The motor runs great everywhere else, even if you stomp it while rolling, just bogs out from a standing start. Any and all help appreciated.

Take a look at the O2 when you do the pedal-mash. If it goes lean likely a fuel pump/delivery issue. If that is OK then need more AE, IIRC, the Renegade does require quite a bit of AE fuel.

If it goes dead rich then too much AE.

It goes way lean, like double digit mV on the O2. I have a pressure gauge on the line between the TB's, acts like it's supposed to sitting in the garage, goose the throttle, pressure spikes to 17.5, drops to 10ish at idle (VAFPR). So that leaves AE. Which ones do I need to add to? MAP AE, TPS AE, or both? Increasing the numbers gives more fuel, correct?

Okay, I tested the MAP PW from the 2025 BIN on the cd (from a BBC 502). Still falls on its face at wot off idle, does better at wot while rolling. Still going very lean. I'm thinking fuel pressure problems now. Gonna get a new pump. Not sure if my 355 should need that much ae. I am running an 86 vette TPI pump, btw.

Add to both the MAP and TPS PW tables. This will be in the higher ranges of deltas.

Can also work with the AE RPM Multiplier table. May need to move the positive values higher into the RPM range.

And keep an eye on the injector duty cycle. Once at 100% the injectors are open all of that time.

I just installed the new pump. Pressure with the VAFPR vacuum hose disconnected and plugged went from 17.5 with the old pump to 19.5 with the new one. I think I've found my issue. I'll be doing some VE learns this weekend and then back to figuring out AE. Thanks for the tips!
