Where can I find EBL BINs and which one should I start with?

I have a couple of questions about the EBL system I have a Dynamic EBL Flash that I got from a member at my club. Is there a place to download bins for it?

I plan to use this to drive a 1991 9C1 350 with stock Vortec heads, maybe an LT1 cam and a GM performance TBI intake this will be going into my 83 Z28.

Do I need to swap any pins to have this ECU work with the 16136965 wiring?

Can I load stock GM Bins into the EBL Flash? Should I start with the stock AXBX bin?

Did you get and install the CD? Need to do that. Can get the latest from our web site. But you may also need to update the EBL Flash ECM firmware (also supplied).

Being a B Body ECM:

"Note: if replacing the 16136965 ECM the A/C is a little different. The ECM harness pin C2 needs to be moved to location A2. And the A/CHi bit in Option Word 3 needs to be set. This is required for the A/C to operate. The '6965 ECM is commonly used in the b-body cars such as the Caprice Wagon and Olds Custom Cruiser."

No & no, use one of the supplied EBL BINs.

Thanks for the reply, and a happy new year to you.

No CD, I just have the ECU.

Where on the site can I download the BIN's. I found the "whats up" download But were are the Bin's or the software update?

Could you post (or PM) me a link please.

Thanks for the help RBob!

The Camaro (and the engine) are both A/C delete cars... So I'm not sure if I should move the pin or just leave it alone since I will not be needing the ecm to turn the compressor on and off.

The ECM on my CCC Q-Jet Olds 442 would do this too.

Regardless thank for the links and thanks for the help.

If it isn't connected to anything can just leave it in C2. Note that C2 output can be used to control an electric fan relay.
