Denso Ford 24# Injectors

I have been researching injector offset looking for information on the Denso Ford blue 24# and injectors as I found a great deal on these and know they are a quality injector. Currently running some Python orange top injectors that I find not much good information on.

Do you think I’ll have to tune offset for these on a mild 350 with stock tpi intake?

Has nothing to do with the engine. Relates to what the injector manufacturer knows is required to maintain linearity of flow at all voltages and pressures. Should always use the manufacturer's recommendations. Here's a good read on the issues
https://fuelinjectorclinic.com/data-match-technology\. But why 24# injectors on a stock TPI. 22# are more than adequate.

Re: Denso Ford 24# Injectors

Thanks for the link it didn’t work but I found the article on match technology by searching on this site.

I could probably go smaller but i got the set for $80 tested, cleaned with new hardware and since I can tune for them it seemed like a good idea

Re: Denso Ford 24# Injectors

So this eBay deal fell through I was supposed to have these injectors around August 8 and never got a tracking number or a reply from seller and no response from seller 801_fuel_injection and I even paid his asking price instead of making a lower offer. eBay had to step in and refund my money.

I do do have a set of GM 122555894 or Bosch 280155890. Are they worth running and tuning for or sell and get something closer to stock flow rate?

Re: Denso Ford 24# Injectors

Are the 280155890 multecs or Bosch 2s ?
not sure what there flow rate is ?
if they haven’t been serviced you might consider southbay Bosch 3s.
https://www.southbayfuelinjectors.co...ctors-bosch-d3

if you do go with southbay give them a call and mention your a tgo member for a discount.

Re: Denso Ford 24# Injectors

From research they are the 99/00 LS1 injectors. I got them with a couple of TPI intakes that came with the heads I got.

Re: Denso Ford 24# Injectors

If you don’t have the offsets I wouldn’t use them. You would also want to do a test fit in your fuel rails they might be to short to work.

Re: Denso Ford 24# Injectors

I guess the complete number is 0280155890 and it appears they are 22.8 lbs/hr at 43.5 psi and you can run an extra o-ring on the injector to space it up from the intake. Some research states offsets may need changing and some say not needed.
